First set all Zone 2

90 rpm

95 rpm

100 rpm


2 minute rest


Set 2 Zone 3


80 rpm

95 rpm

80 rpm

95 rpm


2 minute rest


Start this set in zone 2


90 rpm

add 1 gear

add 1 gear

add 1 gear


Take back gear and cool down.
