Here is this weeks bonus ride. This is a 60 minute ride. If you use the playlist just follow the instructions for every song change.


60 minute work out. Focusing on Zone 2 and 3

First set all Zone 2

90 rpm

95 rpm

100 rpm


2 minute rest


Set 2 Zone 3


80 rpm

95 rpm

80 rpm

95 rpm


2 minute rest


Start this set in zone 2


90 rpm

add 1 gear

add 1 gear

add 1 gear


Take back gear and cool down.

The bonus ride story had a refreshing and adventurous feel, especially for those who enjoy cycling. I remember going on a spontaneous ride once and how it cleared my mind completely.
