Indoor Virtual Classes

We will be offering Indoor Virtual Cycling Classes starting November 13th and run weekly till the end of March 2022.


Classes will be held during the following times

  • Tuesday Mornings  9:00 am 1.0 hr

  • Tuesday Evenings   6:30 pm 1.5 hrs

  • Thursday Evening   6:30 pm 1.5 hrs

  • Saturday Mornings 9:00 am 1.5 hrs

You can purchase either an Unlimited package or drop-in per session

All classes will be held via a ZOOM meeting

Join us once a month starting in January for long ride Saturday.

Building a base requires miles in the saddle. Make those 3 hour rides more enjoyable with great friends, lots of conversation and good music.
